10 Indian students awarded 2012 TOEFL scholarships worth $70000
This year’s the winners come from a variety of locations throughout India including New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai and Hyderabad. The winners will be studying at universities in Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands and the United States.
Delhi’s Ankit Talwar, who won a $10,000 scholarship, comes from a financially weaker background. Ankit has decided to pursue an MBA at IE Business School in Spain. About 960 applications were received for these scholarships.
Swathi Meenakshi Sadagopan from Tamil Nadu is set to pursue masters in electro-magnetics at McGill University in Canada. Abhay Gandhi of Trichy, who will attend Ecole des Hautes Commerciales in Paris, a top ranking B-school
