Indian Government undertaking Insurance Enterprises namely LIC (Life Insurance Corporation), GIC (General Insurance Corporation) and Postal Life Insurance are always in the top place in recruiting the candidates for the placements by giving secured job to its Competitive Exams. People prefer to serve in these Establishments in large number must take up any of G.I.C. Assistants’ Exam, G.I.C. Officers’ Exam, L.I.C. Assistants, Stenos Typists Exam, L.I.C. Development Officers’ Exam, L.I.C. Officers’ Exams which are the important Insurance Competitive Exams to enter into the Indian Government Insurance Career. This examination is held once a year, generally in the month of August and the particulars are published in the Employment News, usually in the month of March. Graduates or post-graduates candidates are eligible enough to make an attempt with 50% marks from any recognized university board and relaxable in the case of Scheduled Castes and Tribes at 40% as aggregate. Age limit for the candidates who are between 21 and 30 years on the 1st October of the year previous to the year of examination can apply. Candidates will be questioned in Test of Reasoning, English Language, General Awareness and the short-listed entrants will be called in for a personal interview will be selected based on the overall performance. Candidates who are interested to take up any of these exams can directly apply in LIC or GIC officers board.
