  • The form can be procured in person by way of Bank Challan(to be obtained from Indian Overseas Bank within college campus) from 10 AM to 1 PM on all working days
  • By post by sending a Demand Draft from Nationalized bank drawn in favour of the Commandant AFMC payable at Pune along with a self addressed A4 sized envelope (stamped for Rs 60/-) to Officer-in charge, PG Admissions, Headquarter Training, AFMC, Pune-411040

Last date of sale of prospectus cum application form – December 15, 2010

Last date for receipt of filled application form – December 22, 2010
