The application should be send to the Director, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi-110608. Application must be typed on foolscap in double space strictly in the proforma. Envelope containing the application must be superscribed in bold letters as “Applications for the post of ________________” along with the “Category______ (SC/ST/OBC/Gen.)” to which the candidate belongs.
Fees for Sr. No. 3 to 12 : A Bank Draft in favor of Director AIIMS payable at Delhi/New Delhi for Rs.500/- (Rs. Five Hundred only) in case of candidate belonging to General and OBC categories and Rs.100/- (One Hundred only) in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST.
The Physically Handicapped candidates are not required to deposit any fee
The separate application form duly completed in all respect can be submitted for the separate post
